Samantha Randall

My name is Samantha Randall and I am very excited to be a part of the Penryn Elementary team as the second grade teacher!  I grew up in Grass Valley and am very happy to be back in a school with a small town feel. I absolutely love teaching and I strive every year to create a positive and welcoming environment for my students. 

 

I started teaching in 2017 after I completed my undergraduate degree and my teaching credential program at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Somewhere along the way, I also obtained my master's degree in Reading and Literacy Instruction from California State University, East Bay to further my own learning and interest in how children learn to read and write. 

 

In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy riding horses, dirt bikes, floating in any body of water, trying new restaurants, and playing with my dog!
