Shari Brown

After earning my Master of Arts Degree in Special Education at Brandman University, I joined Loomis Union School District at Franklin School as a Resource Specialist in 2013. It was the desire to have my very own class that brought me to Penryn School in 2019, and I consider myself a very lucky person to have been given the privilege to be here.  The other staff members, supportive parents, and yes, most definitely, the amazing students, have made my experience here absolutely delightful.  

 

When I am not teaching, you can find me reading for pleasure, taking a leisurely walk, baking something sweet, or spending time with my husband and grandchildren!  I love to travel and have a long bucket list of places I want to visit someday.

 

Making learning fun and creating lifelong learners (who still say hi to me when I am no longer their teacher) is the goal that I have each day I teach first grade here at Penryn School.
