Jessica Ryder

Hi! My name is Jessica Ryder and I have been a teacher at Penryn since 2021. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in 4th grade, so I'm so grateful to be living my dream each day. 

 

After growing up in Napa, I moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon. There, I received my degree in Education with a minor in Special Education. I then attended UC Davis where I earned my teaching credential and Master's in Education. I have been teaching since 2009.

 

On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter going to our family cabin, camping, hiking, swimming, or kayaking. We also spend a lot of weekends attending our daughter's volleyball tournaments.

 

Penryn is such a special place and I feel so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful community.
